The fiber is nettle Girardinia diversifoliasoya. The regenerated fiber process takes the extruded filaments and wet spins into yarn. During this process waste fibers sometimes find their way into the spinning; you may notice bits of sparkly or even colored fibers in the yarn. The yarns dyes just like other bast fibers and colors well using both natural and synthetic dyes.
